Airsoft is a global sport played with airsoft guns, often referred to as soft air guns or air soft guns. Similar to paintball, airsoft involves tactical gameplay but uses non-marking projectiles and lower-powered, regulated weapons.
At its core, the sport revolves around using a power-limited weapon to hit opponents, much like in paintball.
The key difference between airsoft and paintball is realism. Airsoft guns not only shoot farther and more accurately, but they also function like real firearms, weigh the same, and are built to replicate the original models precisely.
Nordic Milsim specializes in the airsoft genre known as MilSim, short for military simulation. MilSim events often involve thousands of participants and span over several days, typically lasting between two and five days. These games aim to replicate real military conflicts while emphasizing immersive gameplay and team collaboration, setting them apart from conventional airsoft games.
While MilSim exists in various forms worldwide, Nordic Milsim focuses on challenging and enhancing participants' ability to work together while striving for maximum realism.
We strongly believe in personal growth and see MilSim as a fantastic opportunity for this. Additionally, our events promote physical activity, health, and provide a meaningful social environment for people across the globe. Together, we create lifelong memories and friendships.
