As we move closer to our next major event, The Segezha Strike, we want to take a moment to share an update on where we are, where we’re heading, and why we’re incredibly excited about the direction Nordic Milsim is taking.
Simply put: our vision of milsim is becoming reality- faster and stronger than we ever expected.
A Growing Team, A Stronger Event
Since our last event, we have tripled the size of our staff team. This isn’t just about numbers, it’s about experience, passion, and commitment. Each new member has brought their own expertise, ideas, and energy into the project, and the amount of work being put in behind the scenes is nothing short of impressive.
We are deeply thankful to every single staff member who has stepped up. Their dedication is a major reason why The Segezha Strike is shaping up to be our most ambitious event so far.

Player Numbers on the Rise
The response from the community has been incredible.
For The Segezha Strike, we have already doubled the number of paid tickets compared to our previous event The Pechenga Push, and registrations are still coming in. We’re seeing new teams and new players joining the fight, forming what is quickly becoming a highly capable and well-balanced roster across all factions.
At the moment:
NATO is more or less full with some spots left
We are looking for 10–15 additional PMC or RUSFOR players to reach full operational strength
If you’re already signed up- now is the time to get your buddies on board if they haven’t registered yet.
Continuing the Progression of Our Milsim Vision
We are not slowing down.
Our long-term goal has always been to push immersion further by introducing in-game physical systems that influence decision-making, tactics, and tempo. Right now, we are actively working on systems such as anti-drone and anti-vehicle mechanics.
That said, we want to be very clear: If a system is not ready, it will not be implemented.
We would rather delay a feature than deliver something unfinished. Whether these systems will make it into the April event is still uncertain, quality, saftey and reliability always come first.

Expanding Our Core Philosophy: From Infantry to Vehicles
One of the defining features of Nordic Milsim events is our revive and medic system for infantry players. This system allows units that win engagements to continue operating at near full strength, instead of being slowly depleted by constant walks to "traditional respawns".
The result?
Better unit cohesion
More realistic tempo of operations
A far more immersive experience
For April, we are aiming to extend this philosophy to vehicles.
We are currently working on a new vehicle hit and repair system designed to strike the right balance:
Soft skin vechicles should not be airsoft tanks
But they also shouldn’t be easy, disposable targets
Our goal is to make vehicles valuable assets that require coordination, protection, and logistics, while still being vulnerable when used poorly.

Our Sponsors – Helping Push European Milsim Forward
None of this would be possible without the support of our sponsors.
We want to express our sincere gratitude to tacticalstore.se, TCA 152 EU, and COOTAC for standing behind Nordic Milsim and The Segezha Strike.
Their support goes far beyond logos and names. By backing our events, they are actively helping us- and the wider community push milsim in Europe to a new level. Whether it’s through equipment, knowledge, or trust in our vision, their involvement allows us to invest more into immersion, systems, and overall player experience.
Every time you use a Nordic Milsim discount code on our sponsors’ websites- tacticalstore.se, TCA 152 EU, or COOTAC you’re not just helping your own wallet. You’re actively contributing to the continued development of Nordic Milsim events and showing our partners that the community believes in the Nordic Milsim vision.

Strong events are built on strong partnerships, and we are incredibly thankful to have sponsors who share our passion for realism, quality, and progression within the milsim scene.
What’s Next?
More updates are coming.
As systems are finalized and decisions are locked in, we’ll continue sharing progress and details with you. What matters most to us is that every step forward strengthens the experience on the field- tactically, narratively, and socially.
Thank you for being part of this journey. We can’t wait to see you at The Segezha Strike.
