About the Role

Step beyond the traditional event staff role and become fully embedded in the action. As a Cadre, you’ll serve as a platoon sergeant or other leadership role within the game — no high-visibility vests or out-of-character indicators. You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting player well-being

• Mentoring the platoon leader

• Acting as a direct line to the event organizers

• Ensuring immersion and coordination during gameplay

• Help with check-in procedure and event planning

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the communication bridge between your platoon and organizers

• Support and advise the platoon leader in mission planning

• Monitor and support the morale and safety of players

• Integrate all responsibilities within the immersive game experience

• Help manage logistics like mission updates, ammo, and medic resupplies

Who You Are

We’re looking for reliable, experienced Milsim participants who:

• Have previous experience in milsim scenarios

• Are confident in leading or supporting teams

• Value immersion and roleplay integrity

• Remain calm, communicative, and adaptive under pressure​

• Have prior or current military experience
