The Role of a Cadre

A cadre is a carefully selected member of our team who serves as a platoon sergeant within their assigned platoon. Their primary responsibilities include:

• Player Well-Being: Ensuring that every participant in their platoon is supported and having a positive experience.

• Link to Organizers: Acting as the crucial connection between the platoon and the event organizers, ensuring information flows smoothly.

• Mentorship: Providing guidance and support to the platoon leader, enhancing the leadership dynamic and overall gameplay experience.

Immersion Without Disruption

To maintain the realism of the milsim experience, we avoid the use of high-visibility vests or other indicators that could disrupt immersion. Instead, cadres are fully integrated into the game, participating alongside players in every aspect. This approach allows them to provide real-time support and guidance without breaking the atmosphere or flow of the event.

Realism and Command Structure

Each faction in the game is led by players with military experience, ensuring an authentic experience. Participants are assigned to a platoon within their faction and are expected to adhere to the command structure. Effective communication and following orders are essential, as failing to do so may result in missing out on critical elements like:
